In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we inform you that by completing this form, your personal data will be incorporated and processed in an automated file (by writing to info@imperialestate.es), duly registered with the AEPD, for the purpose of managing your real estate inquiry, offering you our products and services, maintaining a commercial relationship, as well as for sending by any means, including email or other equivalent electronic communication, advertising or promotional information about the Company’s products or services. You may exercise the rights of access, rectification or deletion, restriction of processing, objection, portability, and objection to automated individual decisions.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

MINORS' DATA
Our company will not collect or process personal data of minors under 16 years of age, without fully complying with the requirements set out in the applicable data protection regulations. The processing of a child’s personal data will be considered lawful when the child is at least 16 years old. If the child is under 16 years old, such processing will only be considered lawful if the consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental authority or guardianship over the child, and only to the extent that such consent is given or authorized.

In the event that the personal data provided belong to a third party, the User guarantees that they have informed such third party of this Privacy Policy and obtained their authorization to provide their data to IMPERIAL ESTATE, S.L. for the purposes indicated. The User also guarantees that the data provided is accurate and up to date, being responsible for any damage or harm, whether direct or indirect, that could be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.
